6 horns, accordeon, electronics, piano, guitar, bass guitar, double bass and drum set. Written for Kitchen Orchestra, but more of a polyrhytmic piece than an improv piece. Premiered at Tou scene, November 2007.
Bigband suite in 3 parts. I finished the piece during a Composer’s residency at the Banff Centre in Canada in 2006, and it was recorded by the Banff Jazz Orchestra in the centre’s studio.
Bigband with SATB vocal group and extra percussionists. Tone poem, durata 9:33. Based on the Edgar Allan Poe poem with the same title. Performed twice at the Copenhagen Jazz festival 2006.
