Bigband/vocal “jazz” arrangement of the aria from the Christmas Oratorio by Johann Sebastian Bach. Originally commissioned by Stavanger Jazzforum/Bjergsted Jazz Ensemble for a Christmas concert with Eva Bjerga Haugen on vocals.

Story Water (2012)

Commissioned by Vossajazz 2012. Durata 68 min, for vocals, 3 horns, 2 electric guitars, drums and visuals. Electronic elements from the performers. Texts by Jalaluddin Rumi, Sienna Dahlen and Edgar Allan Poe, plus traditional children’s rhymes. The visuals contains visualisations of sound input from each musician.

The main theme was sung by Åsmund Kaldestad. The film was screened by Cementen Pub in 1997.
